If you haven't heard what an "UTAU" is, it is the sister of VOCALOID, a vocal synthesizer powered by voicebanks. You can manipulate their voice manually and make them talk, sing, rap, and do anything you wish to do with it!

The only difference between UTAU and Vocaloid is that one is free, and the other is paid.

I've gone through several trials and errors for the Pico Voicebank to work since his voice can easily corrupt when processed through an utau; this is, by far, the smoothest and cleanest Pico bank I have managed to create. You may listen to it in the link below:
